Before advising other brands, I bootstrapped multiple 8-figure online businesses and built a restaurant group in the San Francisco Bay Area. I’ve personally invested over $10 million of my own money into online ads, email marketing, SEO, and conversion optimization—making decisions with real cash flow, margins, staffing, and operations on the line.

Today, I am marketing-channel agnostic and function as your acting Head of Marketing. I don’t start with a preset service or a single channel. I start with your business—your stage, goals, and constraints—and help determine what actually matters right now. That may be a website update, SEO, platform presence, sales collateral, Meta ads, email marketing, or something else entirely. I set priorities, make decisions, and bring in my own trusted execution team to deliver—providing a true one-stop solution without the overhead of building a full in-house team.

I earned my MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management, with a strong foundation in branding, financial analysis, and data-driven marketing decision-making.

Outside of work, I’m a mom to two boys and live in San Francisco with my husband. When I’m not helping founders grow, you’ll likely find us crabbing along the California coast or skiing together in Tahoe. — experiences that keep me grounded and shape how I work. I believe the healthiest businesses are built when founders protect their energy, focus on what they do best, and delegate to the most capable people so growth supports real life, not burnout.
