Before Gray Bay, she built and ran e-commerce and hospitality businesses, managing millions of dollars in paid advertising spend directly. That hands-on experience shaped how she thinks about marketing: budgets are real, margins matter, and performance has to be measurable.
After years of working with fragmented agencies—one for ads, one for social, one for web—Julia built Gray Bay to replace that model. The goal was simple: create a marketing partner that operates like an internal team, fully accountable to business outcomes, not vanity metrics.
